In the event of a service outage, Walker Hosting will continue to resolve issues as normal. Our technical support will still be 24/7 however due to reduced staff coverage within Walker Hosting and our Datacentres please be aware that wait times may vary.
Remember, Customers are able to use your client area to manage invoices, Make Payments, upgrade/downgrade services (with the exception of dedicated servers), Administer Domain names and submit new orders. Please note 99% of our tickets can be answered within our knowledge base.
